North 40 Outfitters in West Spokane, WA, is looking to hire a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Seasonal Lawn & Garden Associate. This position will end mid to late summer. We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company, and we are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. Consistent adherence to safety standards
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques

As a Lawn & Garden Sales Associate at North 40, your main priority is to connect with our customers and be a genuine resource on our products. You play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, accurate product information, and solution recommendations for our customer’s needs. To support maintaining an impressive environment for our customers, you will help with stocking and merchandising products, and safeguarding company assets. You are committed to doing a job well – and you demonstrate that by your willingness to learn, your reliability, and your genuine interest in and support of your teammates.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LAWN & GARDEN ASSOCIATE

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working weekends and certain holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
