No hydrogenated oils. No artificial colors or flavors. Our treats are made daily from scratch, sourcing locally and fresh whenever possible, from our family to yours.

We are seeking like minded sales team associates who share our vision and passion for pastries. This individual is invested in their work, has the desire to learn, ability to function well on a team, incorporates a flexible mindset, and offers excellent customer service.

We are seeking people with open availability from Thursday - Sunday.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Excellent customer service and sales.
• Product knowledge and ongoing education (i.e., seasonal menu, new menu items, etc.).
• Product display set-up, cleanliness and overall care for aesthetic.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in front and back of house (i.e., wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, washing large trays and utensils, etc.).
• Ability to run POS.
• Restocking store items -- drinks, merchandise, utensils, paper goods, etc.
• Organize/relocate delivered products to their designated areas.
• Communicate on shift issues to on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
• Record pertinent information (spoilage numbers, donation numbers, daily cash deposits) on the appropriate spreadsheets at EOD.
• Closing and EOD tasks (i.e., prep for next day, pre-orders, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds in a consecutive manner.
• Must have more mathematical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and emotional intellect.
• Able to have flexibility in the face of challenges.
• Basic understanding of Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.

Pay: $9.00 Base pay + tip share

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
