SB Development is a new company in MS. We are expanding starting in the Columbus, Starkville, and Tuscaloosa area. We help people develop into their full potential with a career placement that best fits them. We focus on filling Sales Positions and Leadership roles. We are in the Financial Services industry and we help protect peoples' assets with financial products. The Job you will be doing will be exactly that, sitting down with clients going over their financial and picking a plan that best suits them. We will develop you into the best person you can be, and that will probably mean in a leadership role in our growning new company.

Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:

  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Establish goals on a personal and business level.
  • Strong desire to help others.

Requirements of a Sales Associate:
