The main goal of this job to be a salesmen and help customers out in picking the product they need. You need to have some form of knowledge in regards to the items sold inside of a smoke shop and have a good attitude while trying to sell.
Popular items we sell and need some form of knowledge on
- Water pipes, grinders, wraps/papers, CBD/Kratom, e devices, detox.
Salary information
- Training salary is $10
- Starting salary is $12-14 (determined if you have prior work experience or if you live far away). Due to bonus target, employees get anywhere from $20 to $120 in bonus regularly every week. So expect the average salary to be $12-14 plus these bonus ( in other words, most employees earn 1-3$ per hour more then they're actual salary in any given week).
