ARSI® is accepting applications for a Sales, Marketing & New Client Manager based in Wichita. This individual is responsible for working with the Executive Team in prospecting for new business and communicating with existing clients. This role will also focus on reporting and managing the execution of client deliverables, including written proposals and contracts, presentations, and cultivating relationships. The individual must be self-motivated and have a passion for prospecting and sales, exceptional communication skills, along with expertise in customer service.

Responsibilities and qualifications for positions include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop innovative ways to engage and attract potential clients to gain their interest in our services.
  • Build and continuously manage existing and new prospect and client relationships.
  • Develop new sales opportunities by occasional travel attending national and regional conventions or tradeshows and local meetings or conferences to identify new leads and follow up on opportunities.
  • Also, ensure the marketing and promotional material is current and sufficient inventory.
  • Manage data for prospects and clients, ensure all communications are logged, accurate information, and attached documents.
  • Meet metric performance goals of securing appointments with decision-makers.
  • Coordinate client deliverables with all departments throughout the company.

Qualifications for positions include, but are not limited to:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Psychology, or other related field is preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle or financial/banking industry would be a significant plus.
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A dynamic personality with the ability to professionally strike up a conversation with prospective clients and partners and develop that into a business relationship.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to establish priorities while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Works well with others as well as independently.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and adjust goals and priorities as the needs shift in our industry.
  • Excellent computer skills – strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, with the ability to learn new software.
  • The ability to represent the company professionally is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
