Description:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, hard-working Route Sales Driver-trainee. As a Conventional Route Sales Driver, you will deliver; fill coolers and displays, rotate and merchandise, and place beverage products at established accounts throughout a designated route. As the trainee, you will learn all of the conventional routes and be able to fill in during vacations as well as help on all routes year around. In the event that a route becomes vacant, you may have the opportunity to fill that route permanently.
Requirements:
Possess the ability to work independently, be financially driven and dependable as well as have excellent communication skills. Ability to work in outdoors environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs. with ability to maneuver two-wheel cart weighting up to 200 lbs. Must have driver’s license with good driving record and be 21 years of age or older.
Training will be provided for all aspects of the position, including obtaining Class A CDL. Previous sales and route driving experience not required. Willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team environment are critical.
