Under the direction of the Periop Service Manager , the Robotics Coordinator will assist in the organization of patient care activities and serve as the primary resource to the OR team in the designated specialty (s) . The Robotics Coordinator supports the overall coordination of the surgical specialty and actively collaborates with physicians and staff to facilitate the dynamic environment of perioperative services.

EDUCATION
Associates degree required and must have successfully completed a Surgical Technician Program.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years perioperative OR experience with a requirement of 3 years experience in robotics. Experience as a surgical technician strongly preferred
LICENSURE
Current certification as a surgical technician preferred or the ability to obtain certification as a surgical technician within the first 18 months of hire.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills, maintains a high level of customer service, prioritizes needs of department and surgical specialty, and organizes operational efficiencies
