Home Care Nurse position summary

Our Home Care Nurses use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their home. Home care nurses are responsible for client assessment, care planning, intervention and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. Our nurses follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements and our policies and procedures.

Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw or Wayne counties: Full-time Days or Evenings, Weekends - Baylor ($15k sign-on) or Contingent

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
• One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse;
• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
