RN Enterprise Resource Tier 2 Job at Jefferson - Center City, Philadelphia, PA

Jefferson - Center City, Philadelphia, PA Philadelphia, PA 19107

S.E.A.L. RN’s will be hired into:

  • Tier 3 – Float to all 3 Regions, compensated at $85/hour
  • Night Shift 7p-7:30am, 6:45pm-7:15am, 6:30pm-7am, etc.

Regions:

  • North: Jefferson Torresdale, Bucks, Frankford, Abington, Lansdale, & Einstein Montgomery
  • Central: Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Methodist, Einstein Philadelphia
  • East: Jefferson Stratford, Cherry Hill, and Washington Township

Med/Surg & Telemetry Unit SEAL RNs:

  • BSN RN
  • Have minimum 2 years Med/Surg & Tele experience
  • Have BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Provide Proof of a completed basic dysrhythmia course AND stroke course

Critical Care & Step Down Unit SEAL RNs:

  • BSN RN
  • Have minimum 2 years ICU & Step Down experience
  • Have BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Provide Proof of a completed critical care course or CCRN AND stroke course

Emergency Department SEAL RNs:

  • BSN RN
  • Have minimum 2 years Emergency Room experience
  • Have BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications
  • Provide Proof of a completed Trauma Certification course AND stroke course

All SEAL RNs:

  • Be hired as full time staff – 12 hour shifts; 72 hours per pay period
  • S.E.A.L staff will be hired into shifts based on business needs of the specialty services.
  • Hired as either permanent night shift
  • Have full time benefits (Center City Benefits, including Paid Time Off and Retirement)
  • Are eligible for shift differentials
    • Weekday Evening $4; Night $5
      Weekend Day $1.50; Evening $5; Night $6
  • Will be eligible to work additional SEAL RN shifts and are eligible for OT pay
  • Currently SEAL RN’s will not be eligible to maintain per diem status in other cost centers
  • SEAL RN’s will be identified as Enterprise Resource RN’s and deployed via smart square
  • Will have the ability to self-schedule shifts on rolling 23 day time period
  • Work 4 weekend shifts out of a six week period
  • Work holidays based on a track system that they sign up for at the time of hire


Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.


Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
