We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-centered RN/LPN in our Resident Home. This is a PRN position, working night or evenings. Summary/Objective
The RN/LPN is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care services under the general direction of the Nurse and Director of Nursing.
Required Education and Experience

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Possess current skilled nursing facility/hospital experience (within 5 years) of being a new nursing graduate (within 2 years).

Prefer at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Completion of annual mandatory in services and competency measurements.
Licenses/Certifications

State of IL RN/LPN license.
BLS certification.

The hospital also operates a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.
