Retail Store Manager including webstore Job at Retail Sporting Goods Store
Seeking an individual capable of leading and working with a diverse staff while making all necessary decisions to ensure the success of our company. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers and customers; and will be able to supervise employees, stock shelves, operate registers, perform physical labor and make timely decisions during periods of high volume.
Individual will need to manage webstore, and have experience with troubleshooting POS system, and other technical programs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all store activities.
- Oversee all depts, which include outdoor recreation, fishing, hunting, marine supplies, apparel, and more.
- Confer with upper management to address problems or issues regarding the store.
- Oversee webstore
Salary is negotiable. Weekends required. ~45 hours per week. Busy period is 3/15 to Labor day.
