We are looking for a highly motivated associate to complete a list of tasks during the day, including but not limited to completing store orders, going through expiration dates on products and a lot of cleaning.
This position will be trained as a cashier and Subway sandwich artist. This position is expected to work alone most of the day and help cover call outs as they are not tied to a single position.
Cash Register Duties
- Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and make/provide change for purchases.
- Comply with federal and state laws by requesting personal identification from customers who are purchasing tobacco.
- Greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Expected to work with partner on a daily basis, without issues.
- Expected to complete daily cleaning tasks, as well as any other tasks asked of the associate.
- Daily Assigned duties by Assistant Manager.
Additional Duties
- Anything that requires staff or customer assistance above and beyond job description.
- Prepare coffee daily.
Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
- Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Check product in open air unit and restock items to ensure enough supply throughout shift.
- Assist in putting deliveries away.
- Front face products.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
