We are currently recruiting restaurant servers. We feature a newer high scale 125-seat restaurant, private room dining, a formal event hall that can accommodate up to 400+ guests, and a scratch bakery and coffee shop with additional event space, and are currently implementing plans for more growth in Puyallup, Washington.
We are a “scratch kitchen” – most of our recipes, dishes and products are produced from raw ingredients. Elements of our dishes, including the tasks necessary to produce it, are executed start to finish in-house.
Pay/Benefits:
- The pay range is $28-$48/hour including tips.

Job Responsibilities:
- Must be customer service and guest focused at all times.
- Learn and adapt to changing restaurant menus and participate in ongoing training whenever necessary.
- Perform Farm 12 service expectations. Demonstrate ability to upsell and meet sales metric goals.
- Responsible for knowing Daily Fresh Sheet items, 86’d items, and more.
- Demonstrate good hygiene and follow dress code guidelines.
- Able to perform daily side work in a timely manner.
- Maintain company standards on safety, food quality, presentation and keeping on task with our brand.
Our ideal candidate has some previous high volume restaurant serving experience and:
- Understands and has experience working in a high volume, guest focused environment.
- Has a passion for quality service and wants to give back to the community.
- Is a strong communicator who enjoys working in a team environment.
- Is self-motivated, can work well under pressure and has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Can be flexible in his/her work schedule. Must have weekend/holiday availability.
- Has a current Food Handlers Permit.
- Is able to focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items.
