Restaurant Kitchen Manager Job Requirements

• Must be able to move around, move up to 50 lbs, withstand repetitive motion and be on your feet for a long stretch of time.
• Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS.
• Must be able to speak read and write English.
• Must have previous Food Service Management Experience, two years is preferred

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Job Description

• Oversee kitchen preparation of all stations, the production and procurement of all food.
• Manages portion control, maintains cost of goods and labor, and quality standards of food production with kitchen associates.
• Complies and maintains with all sanitation standards, temperature logs, sanitation walkthroughs.
• Manage setup and delegate that kitchen stations are ready to serve prior to service
• Write and maintain a schedule for line cook associates while balancing and managing availability of associates, labor costs, cost of goods, prep needs and day to day pars.
• Oversees and supports line cooks in synchronizing food procurement as well as other food preparation tasks.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
