CMX CinéBistro Coastland is a one-of-a-kind “dinner and a movie” concept offering audiences an elevated movie-going experience with amenities such as reserved seating in cozy, over-sized reclining leather seats, full-service in-theatre dining and the finest audiovisual technology like laser projection and sound enhancements provided by Dolby Atmos.

Enjoy Modern-Rustic New-American Cuisine and a full bar served in an environment like no other. Guests may choose to dine in our restaurant and bar even if not seeing a movie. You can even catch your favorite sports team on our multiple TV screens at our in-house Stone Sports Bar! We also offer traditional movie concessions such as hot, fresh popped popcorn, candies and snacks.

Job Requirements:

• Management or supervisory experience in the theater, restaurant, retail, or hospitality, industries; high volume experience preferred
• People First mentality and hands-on leadership style
• Passion for and commitment to the theater/restaurant industry
• Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative)
• Ability to make decisions and take accountability for them, even when there isn't a clear precedent or direction
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directions and expectations to staff and management and have the sincere desire to build, coach, and develop successful teams
• Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues
• Ability to positively impact the P&L through managing quality standards and cost controls
• Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software, scheduling software, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Interest in future Assistant General Manager or General Manager Positions and ability to relocate as needed for upward mobility strongly preferred.
