Oceans of flavor, oceans of fun, something for everyone! Oceanside Beach Bar & Grill is hiring for an experienced restaurant general manager in a multi-unit operation. Oceanside is a family-run restaurant that has been established in Flagler Beach since 2011. We are seeking a candidate that is comfortable with a high-volume and fast-paced environment, great with decision making and judgement, and excels with communication and problem-solving.
General Management at Oceanside is responsible for duties such as, but not limited to:
· Scheduling
· Recruitment
· Banquet coordination & execution
· Day to day operations
· Guest interactions
· Labor control
· Staff Management
· Hiring
· Scheduling
· Budget / Sales Forecasting
· Training
· Maintaining Health and Safety Standards
· Food and Beverage Menu Planning
· Marketing Promotions
