Restaurant Co-Manager Job at Little Caesars Pizza
Fun, Flexible Hours, and Rewarding... My locally owned Little Caesars is seeking an energetic and driven individual to be the Co-Manager. The Co-Manager helps the Restaurant Manager in building and supervising a team that achieves Little Caesars' goals of customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability and operates the restaurant according to company standards and procedures.
No prior pizza or food experience is required as training on the Little Caesars operating model will be provided. Training on people management will be provided to the right candidate if no prior management experience. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and tools to become a leader in any organization... and a platform for long-term success within my organization. Currently, 5 restaurants are locally owned with plans to add more.
