Monday - Friday

This position will be responsible for the scheduling and accurate review of the Residential Program Department at The Arc of Butler County. This position reports to and is supervised by the Director of Residential Services.

Examples of Work Performed:

  • Prepare accurate and complete schedules for the Residential department.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements.
  • Ensuring that all payroll data is received from Program Supervisors and staff accurate and timely.
  • Assist in the coordination of payroll via timecard management
  • Coordinate all payroll timecards and issues by acting as the payroll liaison between the Payroll Department and the facility.
  • Researches and resolves staff member and/or system problems in conjunction with the Payroll Department and Human Resources.
  • Managing recruitment needs by determining open positions, screening and interviewing applicants.
  • Maintains active communication with the Payroll office and Human Resources to resolve any pay issues.
  • identifies and reports non-compliance with pay and scheduling practices and policies to appropriate persons including leadership, Payroll, and Human Resources.
  • Participates in grievance meetings related to scheduling issues.
  • Handles call-offs and coordinates to ensure current supervision needs are met.
  • Maintain Certified Investigator certifications.
  • Completes or arrange for all medication pass observations.
  • Participates in facility management meetings as required.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years scheduling and payroll experience.
  • Experience with collective bargaining unit preferred.
