Currently seeking a House Manager. Seeking FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY position

Must have experience.

We're looking for a House Manager and Team Leader who can provide comfort and assistance to children with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities. Our female/male homes, house up to 10 youth ages 6-17. This position will require you to help these youth with various tasks throughout the day, as well as assist in preparing and serving meals. A successful candidate will be open and quick to learn as training will be provided, be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Our Managers must have the ability to work well with the individuals they are caring for, be able to communicate effectively, and ensure that all safety guidelines and protocols are followed. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members and display leadership qualities. This position comes with flexible scheduling and the opportunity for bonuses.

Locations:

Mesa and San Tan Valley - Friday Saturday and Sunday Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Work in a residential care facility for children.
• Maintain Staff Schedules
• Interview and Hire
• Assist youth with activities of daily living.
• Assist with youth development, communicate effectively, complete documentation and up keep of facilities.
• Work as part of a team.

You must have the following proof of documentation:

- Pass Criminal Background (Agency will provide document)

- Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card (DPS) if not must obtain within 30 days

- First Aid/CPR (Referral can be provided)

- Arizona Driver’s License

- High School Diploma/GED or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mesa, AZ 85208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
