Residential Fence Installation Sales Person Job at Direct Fence Distributors LLC
Purpose: Direct Fence Distributors based in Carlstadt is looking for a motivated, organized and skilled residential salesperson. Join a fast-growing team that equips it salespeople for success!
As an Outside Sales Representative you will:
· Meet with prospective residential clients to deliver a sales presentation of products and services that best fits their project requirements
· Create fence installation estimates
· Develop a sales-pipeline
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Manage a sales calendar of 25 - 30+ appointments a week
· Participate in weekly team meetings and sales trainings to keep up with the latest product development and sales techniques
· Be willing to drive… your territory will be from Mahwah to Sicklerville
Experience:
· Minimum 3-5 years of residential construction sales
· Valid driver’s license
· Positive attitude with willingness to learn
· Passion for building relationships
Must be bilingual able to Speak English & Spanish
Salespeople are equipped with the tools to succeed! Company vehicle available.
Compensation: Base salary of $750 weekly + commission + performance bonus
