Responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for the development and start up of the company’s Shared Living division, including strategic planning, policy and procedure development and budget creation.
- The Shared Living Director is responsible for the overall operations and services of the Shared Living division.
- Oversee supports provided to ensure the health, safety and well-being of individuals served.
- Ensure services meet and exceed county, state and federal regulations and standards.
- Attend and participate in networking groups of area providers and workgroup committees.
Minimum Experience for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in human services/IDD industry.
- Experience and familiarity with Ohio Shared Living.
- Leadership/management experience.
