The Opportunity :
Reservations and Communications Specialist
This position is a swing-shift position where you will be asked to work 2 overnight shifts per week.
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our Reservations and Communications team. .
Responsibilities :
Manage a large volume of calls throughout shifts
Contact guests to provide pre-arrival assistance and answer questions or concerns during their stay
Suggest and complete room, spa, golf, and dining reservations
Able to describe the resort’s offerings, and benefits
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication and computer skills are required
Able to work rotating schedules, including overnight relief
Experience of 1-2 years
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
