Here we grow again...Awarded Emerald Coast’s Best Vacation Rental Management Company for 2019 and 2021, My Vacation Haven, LLC is a premier vacation rental management company providing comprehensive management services to over 350 properties spanning along 30A to Destin. We are looking to hire a highly motivated, organized, task-oriented Reservation Agent. At My Vacation Haven, our goal is to provide the highest standard of care to the properties we manage, while ultimately ensuring each guest leaves with a great memory! Our Reservation Agents provide polite, accurate, professional, and efficient customer service on all guest reservations, questions, and rental inquiries for My Vacation Haven.

Responsibilities

• Detail oriented with accurate data entry and research
• Answering phone calls and addressing any guest inquiries through telephone, guest messaging, email, and walkin traffic
• Taking and inputting reservations through the company software
• Interact with guests in office
• Maintaining positive and professional guest relations
• Communicate effectively with team
• Maintaining knowledge of property locations, amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts
• Adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Hospitality, customer service, or reservationist experience encouraged but not required
• Computer experience skills required
• Excellent communication/organizational skills required
• Excellent guest/customer service skills required
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional environment
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be willing to work MOD when needed

Must have a positive attitude, high energy, and an eagerness to work!

Full-time and seasonal positions available with competitive pay and bonuses with opportunity for growth.
