Job Title: Reporting Specialist

Role Summary

The Reporting Specialist will support the Retail Inventory Management Program by examining and evaluating data in order to recommend stocking methods to support KPIs. Report, analyze, or predict past, present, and future data trends.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Runs queries in SQL and perform complex analysis.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and performs root cause analysis.
• Monitor and adjust the parameters for dealer stocking assortment.
• Monitor dealer data transfer flow, root cause and resolve data integrity or transmissions errors with dealer/DMS provider.
• Supporting RIM team by providing data and subject matter expertise.
• Assists with change management activities, anticipating dealer needs and organizational impacts.
• Creates and maintains daily reports.

Education and Skills Requirements

Qualifications Required

• Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
• Experience running queries in SQL and analyzing data

• Problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot
• Data analytics – extract insight from data
• Computer savvy – skilled in the use of key software
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excel and Access in particular

Desired

• 1-3+ yrs. experience using inventory planning systems with specific knowledge of RIM and DMS systems
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related business field
• One year of material planning experience

• SAP Analytics Cloud Tool
• Business Objects

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
