Insurance sales agents are in high demand, and we are currently seeking eager self starters looking to take advantage of a position that offers the safety net of a base salary and also the growth opportunity of high commissions. We are licensed to sell insurance in all 50 states which gives us a competitive advantage over other agencies and we offer a very aggressive compensation package that highly rewards motivated producers.

Our agency proudly represents Liberty Mutual Insurance, along with several other secondary carriers such as Progressive, Travelers, Plymouth Rock etc.

The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales for auto and homeowners insurance from inbound calls and live transfer leads.

Base Pay: $33,000-37,000 Yearly

Total Pay: $60,000- $186,000 Yearly

Duties

  • Convert sales from inbound calls from prospects looking for insurance.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • -Follow agency Sales processes
  • -Work within a sales CRM software

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • A 2-20 property & casualty license is preferred but will consider 4-40
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,000.00 - $186,000.00 per year
