SEEKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION

NGNG is looking for an Administrative or Executive Assistant to connect with our amazing clients! We have several clients who are in need of an EA as soon as possible. The person who is the best fit for this position will have a strong attention to detail, be hyper-organized, have superb listening and communication skills (written and verbal), be empathetic and intuitive with excellent customer service skills and enjoy engaging with people online.

Must FULLY meet the following criteria:

  • Previous Executive or Administrative Assistance is required! We are looking for people with heavy project and scheduling experience.
  • Make your client feel like they are your top priority (during working hours), you are fast to respond. Our clients will need to have IMPLICIT trust in you and your ability to follow through. Things don’t slip through the cracks when you’re in charge!
  • Self-starting individual who feels empowered to take on responsibility as part of a team - doesn’t wait to be told what to do, does not need to be micromanaged
  • Strong work ethic, takes initiative, is willing to jump in with both feet
  • Gives full support to other team members and is encouraging
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, you will often be representing your CEO or Executive directly and it is important their clients and network feel well supported and you act within their core values at all times!
  • Has an interest in and is willing to learn about different aspects of our client's companies: business development, leadership, marketing, and so much more!
  • Positive, resilient, upbeat, kind, and supportive attitude - easy to work with
  • HIGHLY reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
  • Works quickly and efficiently without the end product being sloppy or rushed; thorough with great attention to formatting and grammar.
  • Believes in open and honest communication for the greater good of all
  • Great with managing busy schedules, experience with Gmail and Google Calendar are a must!

TASKS AND ROLES

  • Communicate and collaborate with our clients' network and their respective assistants to schedule meetings and calls - lots of email communication and coordination
  • Team communication, support, and culture maintenance (engaging with the team, creating connection, supporting and bonding)
  • Misc. administrative tasks as assigned by the client: this could include use of spreadsheets and reporting, billing and invoicing, and drafting various emails or email templates
  • Other projects as assigned, some may be personal in nature or research-based

Start Date: Immediately

Note: Role is an independent contractor, not an employee. Our clients typically need EAs for around 10-35 hours/week and pay between $20-25/hour. Again, you are able to take on as many clients as you like!

You will be working directly for our clients, not under us in any way - we are just looking to connect reliable EAs to a large list of clients in need of quality employees!
