JOB SUMMARY: Overall responsibility for efficient and timely registration of patients, ensuring accurate patient information is collected; assuring appropriate medical necessity and prior approval are completed when required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma. Associate Degree and/or five years of experience in a related health care setting. Certification as a Patient Access Specialist.
