Full-Time Nights (12) 7p – 7:30a, rotating weekends
Vista Health System is interested in hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry unit who is looking to broaden his/her skills and gain valuable experience working in a community hospital that worked hard to achieve status as certified Centers of Excellence in numerous critical areas of patient care.
Registered Nurse / RN Responsibilities: As a nurse you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and education of assigned patients.
- Administer urgent care to ill, injured or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Assess the psychological, social and emotional needs of patients family/significant others
- Comply with CLIA Standards Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications, Desired Skills, and Experiences
- Registered Nurse in Illinois
- Associates in Nursing, BSN preferred
- CPR
