If you are looking for a fast-paced environment, we are a short-term rehab facility. We are the gate between Hospital and Home where our guest come in and are brought back to health to better prepare them to return home.

The LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) will:

Direct the day-to-day activities of the Nursing Assistant

Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, charting and document per facility policy

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies

Make daily round on unit and prioritize in a face pace environment

We will train you in our system Point click care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must have the following:

Graduated from an accredited nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

One year experience in one of the following settings: Long-term care, subacute care, assist living, will train for the position

Obtains and subsequently maintain required certifications and completes required continuing education units and competency training.
