Registered Nurse Case Manager Job at Gentiva Hospice Services
Gentiva Hospice (formerly Kindred Hospice) is looking for strong nursing talent with a passion for end-of-life care to serve our patients in Hamilton, Tipton, and Madison counties.
We currently have an opening for a full-time Registered Nurse.

ABOUT YOU
- Compassionate, kind and empathetic to your patients and their families
- A current RN license (in the state of requested employment or ability to obtain)
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred
- This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
