Resource Nurse Manager (RN)
Major purpose: Assist the DON and ADON to direct the daily routine functioning of the nursing staff. Responsible for the general oversight of the facility’s operations and management including providing optimal care, communicating the facility’s policies, ensuring general order, and safety.
Requirements:
· Registered nurse
· Minimum of 1 year fulltime experience, prefer some long term experience
· Assist with staffing needs on floor as needed
· Requires excellent communication and organization skills
· Must be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
· Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignments
· Assist with admissions, development of care plans, d/c
