Steinbicker Family Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent oral hygiene care to patients of all ages, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The position involves working closely with the dentist and dental assistants to provide comprehensive dental care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct oral hygiene treatments, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary habits
• Take x-rays
• Assist with patient management, including scheduling appointments and keeping accurate patient records
• Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and ensure their comfort during procedures
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Active state dental hygiene license
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of electronic health records (EHR)
