CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow ABA theory practice during sessions, as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Perform ABA treatment/interventions as directed by the BCBA
- Effectively communicate and efficiently document and bill for treatment performed
- Prepares materials for treatment sessions, maintains clinic equipment conditions, and assists in inventory of clinic supplies
- Fosters and maintains effective and appropriate professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients
- Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and training preferred, but not required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but not required
- Training and supervision provided to obtain RBT if needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
- Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
