Position Summary
Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight of program operations in assigned county locations and ensures quality of services to families and children and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, Oregon’s Office of Child Care regulations, OCDC’s policies and procedures and other applicable regulations.
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, Early Childhood Education or related field with at least 8 years of work experience in a senior level operations management capacity, preferably in a Head Start, Early Childhood Education and/or in a nonprofit setting.
