Regional Director -Operation (LTC) Job at Berkshire Healthcare Systems
Come join a strategic , motivated and collaborative Operation Team at Integritus Healthcare.
The Regional Director of Operations will collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to provide hands on support, oversight, guidance and direction for all administrative and financial operations and the supervision and development of leaders while maintaining excellent clinical and service quality ensuring operational efficiency at the assigned Berkshire Healthcare affiliates.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 - 7 years professional experience as Regional Director and/or Administrator/Executive Director in long term care, assisted living, or related senior housing organization
B. Education and Training: (Acquired through formal education, outside study, training on jobs of lesser degree, or by any combination of these. May be expressed in terms of formal educational equivalents):
BA/BS degree required, Master's degree in healthcare administration or other clinical advanced degree is preferred
C. License, Certification & Registration:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts
D. Other Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Travel is required. Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals and general public

Salary: From $137,055.00 per year
