Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the hiring and training of General Managers, Project/Production Managers, and Team Leaders.
  • Meets with direct reports bi-weekly to set 14-day action plans and SMART goals.
  • Organizes the region into strong operators with consistent organic sales and EBITDA growth.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive for offices and direct reports.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coach to improve quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures and reporting.
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
  • Ensures work environments are to brand standards and safe.
  • Oversee 3 to 6 General Managers ensuring each is reaching goals set by the needs of the offices and company leadership.
  • Communicate and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to General Managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
  • Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required Skills/Abilities:• Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.• Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about a customer job site (indoors and outdoors)
  • Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to service customer sites
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Work Environment The employee will be working indoors and outdoors. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employees will be exposed to normal noises throughout the office. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Travel This position will require 20-40% travel to location sites, trainings, meetings, and company events. Most travel is as needed, at the discretion of Regional Director based on what will drive results.
