Responsibilities:
- Coordinating incoming referrals
- Scheduling appointments
- Data Entry
- Interaction with patients and physicians on the phone
- Customer service
- Coordinating with various staff to ensure patient/customer requests are handled appropriately and timely.
Availability between Monday-Friday ~7am-7pm-
High School Diploma required.

MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.

Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.

Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.

May require in-office and/or work from home
