Job Summary: The Recruiting Operations Coordinator manages recruiting activities for a Division I sports program. Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and effective and efficient operations to enhance the success of the overall recruiting process, camps, and clinics.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience; Or a Master's degree and a minimum of six months of experience. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience must be detailed in the employment section on the application.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must demonstrate knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.

Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in the usage of personal computers and standard application software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to function independently solving problems and making decisions. Ability to prioritize and schedule work for efficient operations.

Preferred Qualifications: Division I experience. Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
