Looking for an opportunity to grow with a renowned organization? Angels on Call Home Care seeks to expand the Recruitment team with someone who is ambitious, motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment!
This position has a starting pay rate of $25/hour. This placement is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and is in-office in Peekskill, NY.
What you'll do:
- Work with a sense of urgency to evaluate applicants and source candidates to set up phone screens to assess skills for client roles.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company and position, such as core values, performance objectives and expectations
- Pre-screen candidates for appropriate experience and knowledge
- Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates
- Engage with candidates to establish relationships and build your network
Requirements:
- Have 1 - 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Health Care recruiting experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
- Consistently performing outbound activity to source clients
- Provide a positive and welcoming candidate experience
