Receptionist Job at American Leadership Academy
American Leadership Academy is accepting applications for a Receptionist for our Florence JH/HS campus (Grades 7-12) for the 2023-2024 school year. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and be the face of ALA, show a great attitude, a “Yes” mentality and an “eager to help” demeanor
- Keep the front office orderly, calm, clean and organized
- Answer enrollment questions, and facilitate enrollment process
- Maintain confidentiality for students, parents and staff
- Ensure proper student/visitor sign in and out
- Daily attendance
- General administrative and clerical support
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Assorted filing and data entry
- Have a working knowledge of school policies, procedures and events for the purpose of communicating information
- Adhere to timelines/deadlines
- Money handling responsibilities
- Tasks assigned by management
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- First Responder (CPR/First Aid certified)
