Hiring a part-time Real Estate Valuation Specialist / Appraiser. This role is responsible for verifying and completing a custom evaluation process to define the values of Residential Real Estate.

ATLAS Realty is a fast-growing real estate investment company. With 5 current Team Members and founded in Pennsylvania. The company is focused on buying properties in need of major repairs and performing renovations to make these properties the best house in the neighborhood. This position is 100% virtual. It will be 1-0-15 hours per week, with the ability to grow. Paid Training is provided.

Job Requirements:

-Review assigned Real Estate to collect details about the property from Public Records and other systems

-Set search criteria in systems based on assigned Properties and guidelines to find comparable properties

-Ensure the guidelines assigned are accurately being followed, by reviewing peer's work

-Add adjustment values to each comparable property based on guidelines

-Verify the accuracy of all adjustments based on guidelines

-Communicate results to the acquisitions team

Preferred Candidates:

-Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal.

-Experienced with Pennsylvania Real Estate. Preferred to have candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE

-Real Estate Appraiser and Agents are preferred, but not required

-Must like to work independently

-Ability to follow workflows

-Have a desire for perfection

-Possesses a Growth Mindset
