Transaction Coordinator
The Transaction Coordinator is detailed and maintains quality of work while understanding a sense of urgency. This person will manage the process from contract to close creating a seamless experience for clients. This person must provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- act as liaison between agents, clients and other parties involved in transaction.
- create and maintain timelines
- maintain accurate files
- communicate with all parties regularly
- establish relationships with third-parties to ensure smooth process
- be the first point of contact for clients during transaction
- coordinate closing and confirm clients are prepared
Qualifications
- customer service skills
- strong written and verbal communication
- highly organized
- willing to obtain real estate license
- proficient computer skills
