Day In The Life:

• Assist in the development of real estate planning for a multi-brand health and wellness franchise
• Coordinates real estate processes throughout the lifecycle of the project including preparing new real estate files, and assisting development managers with letters of intent and packages. Inputs, updates, and distributes site information and project schedules where appropriate
• Leads the coordination and tracking of renewals, relocation expansions, estoppels, storage agreements, signage agreements, subleases, and lease amendments.
• Updates asset management, portfolio review forms, and other related documents.
• Facilitates negotiations with the landlord regarding lease issues.
• Analyzes letter of intent (LOI) and identifies key issues. Tracks status of all new store lease dates for completion.
• Prepares tour books of recommended sites for new locations utilizing geographic and demographic analysis.
• Prepares and distributes all aspects of the real estate tour package.
• Coordinates legal documentation with internal and external legal counsel.
• Assists with researching and analyzing new and existing submarkets through broker networks, new market surveys, and visits. Analyzes proforma and identifies key issues
• Attends industry events as needed.
• Creates maintains, and distributes reports. Assists with office administrative support functions, preparing correspondence and processing incoming mail, telephone calls and email.
• Be a champion of the brand that fits and promotes the brand and culture to the industry

You Have:

• Contract administration – 1-3 years
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong excel skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Project administration in a chain store, retail or commercial brokerage – 2-3 years
• Exposure to commercial or retail industry experience - 2+ yrs
• Effectively communicates and contributes to the success of a high-performing team
• Basic task and project management skills, strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills, effectively work in ambiguous situations and autonomous environment
