Real Estate Loan Originator – First Montana Bank, Kalispell
First Montana Bank has an opening for a Full-Time Real Estate Loan Originator in Kalispell, MT.
The Real Estate Loan Originator is responsible for the origination of real estate loans contributing to the profitability of the bank while ensuring compliance with established lending policies to maximize the bank's growth and development. It is also responsible for monitoring and controlling loans and assisting borrowers throughout the process with an emphasis on building relationships.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of business development, marketing, and sales. Attention to detail, effective customer service skills, an understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to lending, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are a must.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least one to two (1 - 2) years of related experience and/or training
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have the ability to be bonded
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience
