Nelson Mullins is seeking a
Real Estate Associate to join its litigation group in the Cleveland office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location.
A Day in the Life:
You will be joining a team in Cleveland of national trial lawyers and litigators who practice in the areas of products liability defense, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, commercial litigation, regulatory (energy), business tort, and class action defense. The team has tried numerous jury trials to verdict in jurisdictions from coast to coast, as well as in state and federal courts in Ohio. To learn more about the Cleveland office, click here.
We Know You:
You have at least three years of meaningful experience in real estate, specifically right of way and condemnations. Regulatory experience as it relates to PUCO and familiarity with storage fields are pluses! You are able to prepare for, take, and defend depositions, and you have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. You're a first-rate communicator who possesses outstanding written and oral advocacy skills. Excellent academic credentials are required, and Ohio State Bar admission strongly preferred.
