Are you a passionate people person with a knack for identifying top talent? We're seeking a superstar recruiter for an independent contractor role with our fast-growing real estate team.

As a Zillow preferred team, we have a steady flow of leads, but we need your expertise to find talented real estate agents and loan officers to convert those leads into satisfied customers. If you're an outgoing and enthusiastic recruiter who can build relationships and inspire candidates to join our team, we want to hear from you!

This in-office role has a $100k+ potential annual earnings with a $40k base pay plus bonus/commission and residual income.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your exceptional communication skills to connect with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and virtual interviews.
  • Juggle multiple candidates at once, keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep our team updated on your progress and share which recruitment methods are most effective for finding top talent.
  • Create and post job listings using a variety of online tools to reach a wider audience.
  • Maintain detailed records of all applicants, interviews, and application data to ensure we're running a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Help us refine our training programs and create a fun and supportive environment for new hires.
  • Identify high-performing real estate agents and loan officers and build a database of prospects in the Florida market.
  • Lead the charge in finding the best candidates for our team, setting up interviews, making recommendations to hiring managers, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Stay on top of the latest recruitment trends and tools to ensure we're attracting the best talent possible.
  • Attend networking events and connect with local professional organizations to expand our reach and find new talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate recruiting, residential real estate sales, or mortgage loan officer recruiting is mandatory.
  • A great conversationalist with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on being clear, concise, and friendly.
  • Experience facilitating training classes for new agents is a plus.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to explore new recruitment methods and tools.
  • Knowledge of GSuite (Google Docs) and other online tools.
