Qualifications for the Real Estate Agent:
- Must have an active New Jersey real estate license or be currently enrolled in real estate school
- Must be a self starter
- Must be motivated, determined, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have good communication skills, be interpersonal
- Must be willing to work some weekends
- Must be willing to make phone calls 4-5 days a week
Responsibilities for the Real Estate Agent:
- Hold open houses
- Show houses to buyers and renters
- Make phone calls 4-5 days a week
- Manage leads within our CRM
- Build rapport with buyers & sellers
