Job Description Summary
Penn Racquet Sports is searching for a reliable, detail oriented, energetic front desk assistant for both Tennis and Squash Centers. Must be computer savvy with excellent customer service. Tennis or Squash knowledge is a plus yet not required. Position will work 15-30 hours per week. Morning and Midday shifts available.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls

Reserving courts, clinics, or private lessons on the schedule

Checking players in

Explaining our offerings & selling memberships

Collecting payments

Additional administrative tasks as needed

Ensure that the front desk area is kept clean and organized

Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required.
