**Must be able to work a rotating days/night schedule**

Purpose:

Performs basics inspection process and product control under supervision, verifying procedures compliance and inspecting final products, in a safe and efficient manner

according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk.

- Ensure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations.

- Carry out duties in an effective manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs.

- Perform activities according to applicable procedures.

- Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy.

- Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning

- Attend and collaborate in training activities in order to maintain and increase the company knowledge.

- Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities

- Maintain a clean and ordered workplace

- Abie by Tenaris discipline norms.

- Perform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.

Main Activities:

-Ensures instruments are in good condition checking their expiration date and correct functioning.

-Performs dimensional and visual inspection of product in process

-Performs dimensional and visual inspection of finished products.

-Verifies procedures compliance throughout the process.

-Performs quality reports of pipes notifying the defects found.

-Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.

Minimum Qualification for the Job:

-Health, Safety and Environment

-Quality System

-Operation On The Job Training

-Product Inspection when applicable

-Certification when applicable

(Minimum requirements)

-Completed High School

-2- 3 years of Industrial Manufacturing experience performing NDT inspections

-Lab metallurgical testing experience
