The Training & Quality Control Manager is responsible for all Quality Control and Training related to residential & commercial cleaning work functions. Specific duties include field training and in-office training, as well as staff supervision, equipment inventory & maintenance, and manager support.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and execution of The Complete Experience
- Embrace and adhere to Two Maids & A Mop General Standards
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
- Directly involved in all training activities; including New Hire Orientation and field work inside a client’s home. Ability to step in and be in the field cleaning when necessary, if staff members are absent
- Provide high level customer service, and oversee customer satisfaction throughout the office service area with a postive attitude at all times.
- Monitor and manage cleaning equipment/supplies and office equipment/supplies/set up new hire kits
- Maintain and ensure office cleanliness
- Assist in last minute schedule changes/manage employee call outs
- Available for employment from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
- A well-maintained & insured automobile & valid driver's license
- Basic business skills, including customer service, leadership of staff & ability to prioritize projects
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged.
- A high school diploma or higher
- Posess basic computer skills in Microsoft office & scheduling software
